Dharana – the inner path, a 2.5 hour Workshop involving theory, vinyasa flow and meditation. During this workshop you will be taught how to experience a single point of focus, whilst participating in a yang (dynamic) flowing vinyasa class effectively learning to meditate in motion. We will also discuss and practice static concentration and meditation techniques to make the mind single pointed.
You will leave with a better understanding of Raja Yoga and more inspiration to practice it! You will also feel for yourself the experience of joy, lightness and ease that comes with a focused and disciplined practice!
The Big Picture, a 2.5 hour yoga philosophy workshop.
Philosophy without practice is worthless, but so too is practice without philosophy. Understand the ancient wisdom teachings of Yoga and Vedanta. Learn what the science of yoga is really asking of us. What are the methods that will allow us to reach sure and swift, the ultimate goal, namely Self Realisation.
You will leave with more self empowerment tools to help you in your life.
You will also have new practices that you can use off your mat during your every day activities. You will leave feeling inspired and motivated to integrate all of the branches of yoga into daily practice! You will also leave having a better understanding of what is your purpose in life.
