Session Outlines

In this session we will look at High Performance Focal Points and how your doing in the main arenas of your life i.e. Health, Relationships, Hobbies, Finance, Mission, Spirit/Presence and what level of agency or control you feel you have within each. We will also look at any habits you may have, that are either supporting or hindering you from performing at your highest level.

In this session we focus on gaining immediate, behavioural-driven clarity and intentionality. You will discover where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you experience in life. We will work to create a clear vision of your best self. To do so, we will define who you want to be, how you want to interact with others, and what life principles and practices will make you most successful.

In this session we focus on gaining immediate improvements in the energy you feel and generate each day. You will learn specific practices around rest & exercise, diet & nutrition and daily energizing techniques that amplify your energy to higher levels so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life.

n this session we focus on where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life and in which arenas you might be holding back. You will receive tools that help you gain greater confidence, decisiveness and momentum. You will learn about the impact of fear, how to express your real thoughts, feelings and needs and how to create and respond to challenges by taking action.

In this session we focus on productivity and becoming more effective in all that you wish/need to do. You will be given tools and techniques that will enable you to work smarter not harder, though hard work is often what arises when you knock on the door of opportunity. We want to look at how to be more productive without stress and or anxiety.

In this session we focus on becoming more influential in your relationships and career. You will learn tools and techniques to raise your level of persuasion to influence others and thereby enabling positive action in all areas of your life.

Now at the programs half-way point, we begin to delve deeper into self mastery. In this session we focus on Psychology Mastery and how to develop a free, consciously directed, positive and engaged mind. Simply stated , you learn to develop a high performance mindset.

In this session we focus on Physiology Mastery i.e. ways to make you feel even stronger and more vibrant by firstly checking in on your high performance habits from session 3 and by then delving into more tools to help you activate your physiology to peak performance.

In this session we focus on Productivity Mastery by firstly reviewing how productive you have been since we began working together and then by determining ways you can become even more effective. We will look carefully at how you can cut out distractions and in this way level up your ability to reach your goals. We will also look at a specific process methodology to effectively determine your will, competence and likelihood of success for any given challenge.

In this session we will focus on Persuasion Mastery. We will Identify specifically targeted areas in your life where you can become more persuasive. You will learn to effectively gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve been in your relationships and career, along with a specific 3-part formula for thinking through any situation that will allow you to raise your level of effectiveness in these areas.

In this session we will focus on Purpose Mastery. At this point, we will dive deep into the topic of purpose, although this pillar of high performance underlies much of the work we have done to date. You will learn to improve your capacity to live and lead with purpose plus you will receive a proven technique and process to clearly define and articulate your passions, desires, drives and purpose.

In this session we will focus on your Commitment to Higher Performance. We will check in on your performance to date and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward to continue your journey to achieve your highest potential and fulfil your unique purpose. High performers are committed to lifelong discipline and mastery in the six pillars: psychology, physiology, productivity, persuasive skill, presence and purpose.  With heightened presence and awareness you will in this session, set intention to continue to implement daily positive rituals for health and happiness to ensure you continue the momentum of High Performance Living giving you more joy, full-engagement and more confidence with a Better Life Connection.
